Jeffrey Tulchin
President

A second-generation owner & industry expert, Jeff is actively engaged in all facets of the organization. Following a successful career as an attorney (working with several NYC law firms) Jeff became re-involved with STA in 2005 and became President in 2007. Jeff graduated Hamilton College, and Emory University Law School.

Kate Zhang
Chief Financial Officer

Kate has been with STA’s financial department since 2004. Following several promotions, Kate was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Kate is a native of China and manages STA’s growing sales efforts in Asia. Kate moved to the United States in 2001 and received her Bachelor’s of Art degree with a major in Finance from Dowling College.

Walter Lockhart
Chief Operating Officer

Walter joined STA International in 2005, bringing with him 15 years of sales and executive management experience at two commercial law lists. Walt is an active member of the Commercial Law League of America, serving on the Board of Governors and as Chairman of the Eastern District. Walter is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Steven Tulchin
Senior Vice President

A second-generation family owner of leading commercial debt collection agency STA, Steven is involved in all aspects of STA’s operations, including finance, IT and legal. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester.
