Children In Crisis fundraiser and STA Christmas Lunch

The 2005 STA Christmas Luncheon was held on December 9th at the City of London Livery Company’s Clothworkers’ Hall. Always a special event, this year’s was particularly so, as it marked the 50th anniversary of the STA Group.

More than 250 customers and business associates were joined by colleagues from around the world to enjoy the beautiful Hall. The location was matched by the fine food and wine, as well as the first class entertainment, and the pictures show guests enjoying the festivities.

In addition to the fun, there were also some formalities, and the retiring Institute of Credit Management’s Director General, Peter Rowe, was presented with a gift by STA to mark his great contribution to the credit industry.

Most importantly, the event again raised money for STA’s nominated charity partner, Children in Crisis, and a check for $30,000 was presented to them on the day.
