It’s a sad fact of business life that some debtors deliberately pull the wool over their supplier’s eyes. They’re prepared to leave false delivery addresses, to have an unauthorised member of their ’staff’ sign your delivery note, and even use a stolen credit card to ’pay’ for your goods.
They don’t usually stick around long enough to answer your calls and letters. They’re normally busy trying to con their next victim. With our extensive debtor databases, we will attempt to trace them, and we’ll check what assets they have. Then, we’ll try and settle their account amicably, or we’ll recommend legal action and let the courts mete out justice.
