Questionnaire responses

In November 2010 we conducted an emailed client questionnaire to all of our clients. We were gratified by the hundreds of STA clients that took time from their busy work day to submit responses. These responses have allowed STA to both respond to specific needs and to see common issues. We are constantly striving to improve our services and to provide clients with what they want from their third party collection agency.
