Commercial Law League of America.
Founded in 1895, the CLLA is nearly 4,000 members strong. They are the oldest and largest organization of attorneys and other professionals who represent the credit industry in debt collection, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. As the leading professional organization of collections, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy professionals, they exist to serve its members - namely attorneys who concentrate their practice in the areas of commercial law, collections, Uniform Commercial Code bankruptcy and reorganization. In addition, over 500 of their individual members are employed by commercial collection agencies.

CCAA, with over 110 member agencies, represents the most prestigious commercial collection agencies in the United States . The CCAA, also referred to as the Association, works to elevate the standards of the commercial collections industry by providing educational, legislative, promotional and administrative services to its members.
