Jeff’s business experience includes collections, law and finance. A member of the founding family of STA (New York 1955), Jeff is a graduate of Hamilton College and Emory University Law School. As an attorney, Jeff worked with several New York City law firms specializing in business reorganization. In 1989, Jeff joined the family’s private equity firm, Reprise Capital Corp., which invested in financially and operationally troubled companies. In 2005, Jeff returned to STA and was appointed Chairman and President of STA in May 2007.

Walt joined STA International in 2005 and is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Source International, STA’s skip tracing and asset location subsidiary. A graduate of Rutgers University, Walt has been active in the collection industry since 1995 with sales and executive management positions at two commercial law lists, The Forwarders List of Attorneys and The Commercial Bar. Walt is an active member of the Commercial Law League of America, serving as an Executive Council Member for the Eastern District and was elected Chair of the Young Members Section of the CLLA in May, 2012.
Colin is Managing Director of STA International’s UK subsidiary. Colin joined STA in 2001 from sister company Graydon UK and became Managing Director of STA International in 2007. He has over 25 years’ credit management experience including 10 years at D&B prior to 13 years at Graydon. Colin is a fellow of the UK’s Institute of Credit Management (FICM) and a fellow of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM).
Kate has been with STA’s financial department since 2004. Following several promotions, Kate was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Kate is a native of China and manages STA’s growing sales efforts in Asia. Kate moved to the United States in 2001 and received her Bachelors of Art degree with a major in Finance from Dowling College. She is currently studying at Adelphi University for a Masters in Business Administration and her intent is to become a Certified Public Accountant.
Antonio lives in Mexico City and is the Managing Director of STA Mexico. He is a graduate of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara and has 16 years of credit management experience with Mexican financial institutions prior to STA Mexico. Among this experience, Antonio has served as Operations Manager for the Mexican Credit Bureau (Datum). In 1995, Antonio started up a collections business for the Mexican market and in 1998 this business merged with STA International to form STA Mexico.
Arthur joined STA International in 1996. He heads STA’s team in Chicago, which maintains exceptionally close relationships with its largely midwestern client base. Arthur’s approach to collecting debt embodies the courteous, assertive philosophy that is so highly valued by STA clients. A native Chicagoan, Arthur had over 10 years of collections experience with the highly respected Furst and Furst organization. Following Furst and Furst’s sale in 1996, Arthur joined STA.
