Commercial Collection Agency Association

STA International is proud of its certification by the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) of the Commercial Law League of America, the nation's oldest creditors' rights organization founded in 1895. As a CCAA certified member, STA International is one of just 102 agencies who meet the association's rigorous code of ethics. Here are a few of the standards required for certification, standards that help to set CCAA members apart from other non-certified agencies:

• To protect its clients a member must have a surety bond of at least $300,000 – STA International has $1,000,000
• The agency must have been in business for at least four years
• The agency’s collection processes must maintain the goodwill of their clients
• The agency must maintain a separate trust account for its clients’ collected funds
